This about a place that was a place of peaceful acceptance.
Wiccian,Druid,Shaman,Christian,Buddist, and more.
All excepted each other for what they were and were stronger
for it.

We Dared to Dream...

We dared to dream.
And then one day the dream was in danger.
The strongest of the dreamers decided,
"We will not let the dream die.
We will give it a new home."
And a new home was found, the dream flourished.
Then the winds of time blew, they blew dreamers
to far away places.
New dreamers arrived, but the dream was
not strong with them.
And still the winds of time blew, taking more
of the old dreamers away.
And yet the dream was strong with the old
dreamers that were left.
Nay, but the winds of time never stop...
more dreamers to far away places,
more new dreamers that the dream was
not yet strong.
The dream grew sleepy, for it needs dreamers;
many strong dreamers to stay awake.
The strong dreamers that were left tried hard.
They put everything they could into the dream;
heart, soul, sweat, tears, yes even money they
did not have to spare.
The winds of time know no malice, only change,
and they blew again and again.
Now too few of the old dreamers remain.
Too few of the new dreamers are strong dreamers.
Now the dream sleeps, one day it may awaken.
For now it sleeps.

I look back ....
I look back proudly for
We Dared to Dream.
